Shipping Policy

At Inspection Arsenal, a brand of Phillips Precision, Inc., we are committed to delivering your order accurately and on time. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Custom-engineered fixtures may require additional lead time, which will be communicated at the time of order.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

We ship via UPS from our facility in Boylston, MA. Estimated delivery times after processing:

  • UPS Ground: 3-7 business days (depending on destination)
  • UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days
  • UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly:

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the UPS website.

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product damage along with your order number. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund. Please retain all original packaging materials until the claim is resolved.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate the change before the order ships.
