Do I need to bring my actual parts to the demo?
Not required, but it helps. A photo, a print, or a STEP file gives us everything we need to make a specific recommendation. If you have nothing, we can still walk you through the system with common example geometries that match your application type.
How long does the demo take?
Typically 30 minutes. We’ve never gone past 45 unless the customer had follow-up questions that required more depth. There’s no obligation to stay longer than you find useful.
Is this a live demo or a pre-recorded video?
Live, one-on-one with an Applications Specialist. We show you real hardware in real time. This is not a webinar — it’s a direct technical conversation focused entirely on your specific parts and machines.
Do I need to buy anything to request a demo?
No. The demo is completely free with zero obligation. Many customers use it purely to evaluate options before deciding whether Inspection Arsenal is the right fit. We’d rather you make the right decision than the fast one.
