Net Sales = total invoiced sales excluding taxes, shipping, freight, handling charges, service fees, credits, returns, promotional discounts, or any non-product-related charges. Thresholds are enforced exactly — no rounding.

Complete the distributor application form below. We’ll review your company information, markets served, and business profile.

Get approved

Applications are reviewed within 2–3 business days. Once approved, you’ll receive a welcome email with your account details and tier assignment.

Place your first order

Your first order requires prepayment (credit card, check, or ACH). After your first completed order, your account is automatically upgraded to NET 30 terms.

Grow & earn

As your sales grow, you automatically advance to higher tiers with deeper discounts. Promotions take effect the next day — no waiting.

How tiers are managed

Mid-year promotions

Sales are monitored continuously. When your Net Sales cross a tier threshold, you’re promoted to the next tier effective the following day. Your new discount is locked in through December 31.

No mid-year downgrades

Once you earn a tier, it’s yours for the rest of the calendar year. Slowing sales won’t cause a mid-year demotion. Downgrades are evaluated only once per year on January 1.

Annual recertification

On January 1, your previous year’s Net Sales are evaluated against your current tier threshold. Meet it and you retain your status. Miss it and you drop to the tier your sales qualify for — with a clear path to earn it back.

Dormant reactivation

Distributors that fall below $1,000 in annual sales are classified as Dormant (15% discount). To reactivate, reach $25,000 in Net Sales — you’ll jump directly to Preferred tier at 43.5% off MSRP.

Payment terms

First order: Prepay (CC, check, or ACH). After your first completed order, automatic upgrade to NET 30. Custom terms available by request.

Shipping

All goods F.O.B. Boylston, MA. Standard orders ship in 3–5 business days. You may supply your own carrier account number for third-party billing.

Tax exemption

Submit a valid resale or tax exemption certificate with your application. Orders are subject to applicable state tax until a valid certificate is on file.

Important notes

  • This program applies to standard Inspection Arsenal catalog products only. Custom, modified, and OEM components are excluded.
  • All end-user discounts are absorbed by the distributor.
  • Minimum orders must exceed $100 LIST or a $10 surcharge applies.
  • Standard terms are NET 30 from the date of invoice. A finance charge of 2% per month may be applied after 60 days.
  • Inspection Arsenal reserves the right to revise Net Sales targets at the beginning of each calendar year.
  • Full terms and conditions are provided upon approval.
