Return & Refund Policy

At Inspection Arsenal, a brand of Phillips Precision, Inc., we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In its original, unused condition
  • In the original packaging with all components, accessories, and documentation included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email or packing slip)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-engineered fixtures and specially manufactured items
  • Items that have been used, installed, modified, or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned without prior authorization (RMA number)

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number:

Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will respond within 1-2 business days with your RMA number and return shipping instructions.

Do not ship returns without an RMA number. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part (wrong item shipped, missing items, etc.). In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, configuration, or product, please contact us at the email or phone number above. We will work with you to arrange the exchange as quickly as possible.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
