Currently we are accepting Credit Cards processed by PayPal®. You do not need a PayPal® account to use their service, however, your checkout will take an extra minute or two if you don’t already have an account.
We also accept Check / Money Orders made payable to PHILLIPS PRECISION, INC. Your order will be shipped promptly upon receipt of payment.
Orders Shipped Same Day – We Ship Worldwide
Orders placed online with UPS selected as the shipper prior to 2pm Eastern time Monday – Friday (excluding holidays) will ship same day. From time to time, due to conditions beyond our control, your order may not ship same day even when placed prior to our 2pm cutoff time. Phillips Precision has the right to delay your shipment and upgrade your shipping method to meet your originally expected delivery date at no charge to you the customer.
Due to early carrier pick up USPS orders may require 1 additional business day for shipping.
Domestic orders Domestic orders containing out of stock items will be shipped in multiple shipments. All in stock items will be shipped immediately while back ordered items will be shipped as they become available at no additional charge.
International Orders International orders containing out of stock items will be held until all items are available due to shipping, duty, brokerage and import tax fees.
Average lead time for a back ordered item is 2-3 weeks however, some special ordered plates may require 6-8 weeks or more. Prior to ordering any item that is on back order you should inquire on expected delivery. While we do our best to provide accurate lead times, sometimes due to conditions beyond our control those lead times may be increased without notice.
By placing your order you are committing to a sale with Phillips Precision and reserving those purchased items. Even when items are not available (out of stock) you will be charged in full for that product reservation. You have the right to cancel your order reservation at any time prior to shipping for a full refund.
Back Orders are fulfilled on a first come first serve basis.

We understand how important it is to keep your costs down which is why at Phillips Precision we offer you the option of using your UPS Account for shipping. Your UPS Account can be entered during your customer account registration or during checkout.

Late Delivery, Lost Delivery
In the unlikely event that the delivery carrier you choose does not deliver your order on time or loses your order, Phillips Precision will file a claim on your behalf, but cannot be held accountable for that loss. All orders are shipped with insurance for this reason and all carriers accept full liability for these orders.
The claims process for both UPS and USPS may be up to, but not limited to 30 days after opening an investigation. In most cases packages are located and delivered as quickly as possible. Refunds for late deliveries cannot be given with the exception of guaranteed UPS Expedited Services. Those refunds are at the discretion of UPS.
Orders that cannot be located after 30 days will be refunded by the carrier you requested and upon receiving that refund Phillips Precision will prepare and fulfill a new order shipment to replace your original order or provide a full refund in the insured amount.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase or your purchased item(s) does not fit your application you may return it in its unused condition along with your packing slip within 7 days of receiving your order. No RMA is required. We will gladly refund you the entire purchase price of your items less shipping and 10% restocking fee. Please contact us if you have any questions.
